Computer Support
We know how difficult it can be to choose a computer support provider, so we have made it very simple!
We have a single Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) rate -for business or home customers, a Base Contract with a monthly FIXED fee -also for home and business customers, and a Business Pro contract which covers all the needs of a small to medium size business. Pay-As-You-Go
- Benefits: No Commitment. No Monthly Charges. Only pay for the support you actually use.
- Features: On-Site Support. Remote Assistance.
- Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm @£57 per hour*
- Outside Business Hours: Weekends & Bank Holidays, 6pm-8am @£127 per hour*
*All prices are excluding VAT. Charged in 15 minute blocks.
Base Contract
- Benefits: Fixed Pricing -so no nasty surprises. No hidden costs. Easy to manage fixed monthly payments.
- Features: Free Helpline. Remote Desktop Assistance. Remote Network Assistance. (Only available within business hours. Outside business hours as PAYG rates -see below)
- Extras: On-Site Support is available at reduced
PAYG rates:
- Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm @£47 per hour*
- Outside Business Hours: Weekends & Bank Holidays, 6pm-8am @£97 per hour*
- Special Discount Rates for our other services such as Web Design & Hosting.

- Up to 5 Computers: £34.99 per Month*
- 5 Users + 1 Server: £149.99 per Month*
- 10 Users + 1 Server: £199.99 per Month*
- 25 Users + 1 Server: £299.99 per Month*
- 50 Users + 2 Servers: £549.99 per Month*
